Refine Labs, Chicago, IL Associate Creative Director May 2022 - December 2022
Refine Labs is a progressive demand generation firm focused on growth-stage B2B SaaS. With a unique combination of strategy and research, we execute marketing for the way people buy in 2022 and beyond. We create demand in Dark Social to build brand affinity with future buyers. We capture existing demand through intent channels to generate immediate pipeline. And we align ourselves to revenue, not vanity metrics. By not obsessing over attribution, we’re free to do what works, not just what we can measure.
As an Associate Creative Director at Refine Labs, my day to day includes:

Strategize 3-6 months plans for my book of 10 clients and assigning each month to a new theme, initiative or hypothesis we like to test.

Oversee 5 senior level creatives day to day work from inception, execution and delivery.

Present creative to clients and walk them through my teams design thinking, process and reasoning.

Produce in depth competitive and brand analysis' of each of my clients, presenting the research and findings live to the client in order to showcase how real-world insights drive all of the creative we produce, highlighting places in the market they can capitalize on and showing them how we will do that.

Project manage and organize all 10 clients via monday.com to ensure smooth timelines for my team and allow us to consistently meet deliverable deadlines.
Halo Investing, Chicago, IL Designer March 2021- January 2022, Art Director January 2022- May 2022
As the Art Director of Halo Investing, I was in charge of creating and maintaining a brand that is recognizably Halo for the past year I was there, while managing a direct report. I oversaw the brand and everything that came out of marketing on both the B2B and D2C side of the business, in order to ensure consistent visuals and messaging are adhered to across both divisions. In addition to maintaining the brand, I also developed and executed campaigns and collateral in a variety of medias such as print, digital, video and web.
Plan B Advertising, Chicago, IL Senior Digital Designer February 2020- March 2021
As the Senior Digital Designer for Plan B I oversaw digital campaign development and execution, starting from a strong pitch of thoughtfully executed ideas and ending with a full scale digital campaign that showcases the client in a way that elevated their brand. During my time at Plan B I had the pleasure of focusing heavily on web design and working alongside our development team to bring our ideas to life, as well as doing a variety of motion graphics work and spearheading social campaign creations for clients like McLaren, Zipwater and Culligan Water.
Motorola Mobility, Chicago, IL North American Jr. Art Director September 2019- 2020
During my time at Motorola I was in charge of overseeing and facilitating the overall campaign look and feel with a team of 5 designers for all North American seasonal promotions, new product releases, social media activations and NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL partnerships.
Wilson Sporting Goods, Chicago, IL Global Graphic Designer August 2018- September 2019
In charge of working alongside the creative team in the Team Sports Division to create comprehensive and brand driven collateral spanning across e-commerce, web, animation, video and digital design for NFL Partnerships, NCAA Partnerships and the American Volleyball Players Association.
